Kamal Deo Prasad is a seasoned product enthusiast with over a decade of experience in the technology industry. He is currently the Chief Product Officer at Recro, a platform that empowers talented developers to accelerate their career growth and provides high-quality talent to top startups. Kamal is passionate about making an impact on the betterment of society by solving real-world problems. His entrepreneurial journey started by looking for the root cause of various problems, and his analysis helped him narrow down to three things: Education, Health, and Finance. Kamal started his career as an engineer and later moved towards entrepreneurship. At his first startup, he built a product to solve distributed inventory and ERP challenges for rural India, where continuous connectivity of the internet and electricity were major challenges. He built a product around it, covering process improvement and better user experience to adapt to the new system. Kamal is a goal-oriented product enthusiast who enjoys playing with data, product management, and process optimization. He is a believer in "learning by doing" and has a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle. Kamal has worked with top companies such as Samsung and Mercedes R&D, where he developed and delivered bug-free applications within tight deadlines. Kamal is also the co-founder of Panorbit Services LLP, a techno-creative digital agency based out of Bengaluru. He was responsible for the complete product roadmap for ERP "FINPoint," which helped customers analyze category-specific demand, handle data discrepancy, and streamline approval processes. Kamal has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science & Engg from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He is a product manager, software engineer, and mobile expert with relevant experience of 10.20 years. Kamal is passionate about making a difference in society and is always looking for opportunities to use his skills and expertise to solve real-world problems.
